What you need to know:

Highly-toxic synthetic opioids are being made in illegal labs and sold on the streets, often mixed with other drugs.  Naloxone is a medication that can quickly reverse the effects of an overdose from opioids (such as heroin, morphine, fentanyl, carfentanil, and codeine) and can give time to get to a hospital for more help!

If you or someone you know uses opioids, or if you are likely to witness an overdose, you are able to
pick-up a FREE naloxone kit from most pharmacies and health centres.

Click here to find the nearest naloxone dispening site.

Depending on the kit provided, Naloxone is delivered by a nasal spray or an injection.
